From losing 20 pounds, to still not losing weight on the scale - What did I do wrong?

After returning from travel, I realized I didn't look good in photos, so I decided to lose weight. I only ate breakfast, had a little bit of lunch, drank green tea when I was hungry, and didn't eat dinner while using leg slimming cream. The scale dropped quickly, and within a month I lost to 110lbs. However, my body shape didn't change much, as shown in the picture
After returning to school, my weight rebounded to my pre-liberation state!!
I really can't do dieting, and it rebounds very quickly. Also, you need to prepare a scale to control your weight within a certain range. Drinking green tea is really effective, absolutely absolutely don't give up in the middle!!
