Training

Cardio

In addition to her five-day a week weightlifting plan, Leeci also did two to three cardio sessions a day. Her favorite cardio workouts were HIIT, kettlebell swings, and long-distance running.

Nutrition

Although Leeci recognized the importance of consistent and regular weight training, she said that nutrition was equally important in fitness. Her diet was based on foods rich in fiber, protein, and micronutrients, such as kale, chard, spinach, lean meat, healthy fats, and nuts. For carbohydrates, Leeci consumed quinoa, oats, brown rice, and sweet potatoes.

Although Leeci often refrained from cheating, she sometimes rewarded her hard work with a burger or pizza.
