We have heard a lot of fitness methods, fitness techniques, and fitness principles, and if you have these aspects, it can definitely be of great benefit to fitness, allowing you to progress faster.
However, this doesn’t guarantee that you will become a fitness king. It doesn’t.
Many people have mixed with bodybuilding clubs for several years, but now they still look like a newbie.

Because methods, techniques, and principles can only be called tactics, and to truly become a fitness king, you need a strategy.
And the strategic thinking that really makes you a fitness king should be in the following 4 aspects.

Training continuity
Simply put, the longer you train, the fewer interruptions you have, the more opportunities you have to become a fitness king.
Many people say I’m a cannon mouth, but my strength is still less than those who are strong. The main reason is that I’ve been training for a year, and my talent is generally average, so I haven’t reached the stage of a king.
So some people also naively interpret training continuity as persistence, but in practice it’s not ideal.
Some people interrupt their fitness training for two or three months because they changed jobs and their interest in training declined.
Some people have to rest for several months because of serious injuries.
So who is most likely to become a fitness king? People who don’t work and people who are lucky and rarely get injured.
And what we can do is injury prediction and not interrupting training when our interest in training declines.

Clear purpose
The second point is that I only felt a significant improvement this year because I had been mixed with bodybuilding and street fitness at the same time, but both of them were still progressing well.
This year, because I was training Russian twists and explosive movements, it would affect my fitness state.
So this year’s plan is to directly train gymnastics, not bodybuilding.

Many players have the same training ideas as me, that is, they want to train muscles, they want to train street fitness, and they want to train parkour.
If your goals are so diverse, you won’t be able to train any of them well, and your training time will always be so limited.
Even if you are idle all day, you can spend time in the gym, your muscle tension will always be the same.
Especially in the later stages of fitness, we must choose a route and stick to it.
If you specialize in street fitness, you should specialize in street fitness, and if you specialize in muscles, you should specialize in muscles.
Breakthrough
This is a little contradictory to the first point, which is to minimize injuries as much as possible.
But no fitness king has never been injured, whether it’s a little or a lot.
The reason for injury is that they are not satisfied with their current training level and want to break through their current ability.

For example, if you want your chest muscles to be bigger, you can’t just push with 15kg dumbbells, you need to push at least 30kg, to see the outline of your chest muscles.
For example, if you want to train a shirtless, your leg needs to gradually straighten, this stage is uncomfortable and dangerous.
If you can bear it, you have good luck, injury prediction ability, or just willpower to bear it, then you can become a fitness king.
If you retreat and stay within your ability range to train, I can’t guarantee that you will be able to train fitness well.
Self-system
The fitness circle has a ‘literary taste’ feeling, I always feel that other players, even kings, are just talking.
But it has to be said that the people who can become fitness kings have their own methods.
They definitely have their own system in their minds, but it’s not as eloquent as mine, so it can’t be written like this.
Or, it’s a little different from the mainstream fitness concept, but the overall direction is the same.

This really can’t be taught, you can only gain it through your own experience, of course, it’s not difficult, it’s very simple.
It’s just to be observant, learn from your mistakes, and read more from people like me who are kings, and then you can naturally have the ability to make plans and arrange your diet.

The importance of the 4 aspects is not divided into front and back, they are mutually influential, and if you say you have a system, you can predict injuries, then you have the courage to breakthrough.
If you have the ability to breakthrough and then fitness has achievements, then training continuity will also improve.
Therefore, the 4 key points must be achieved.
