Vacation Weight Loss Tips: 10 Days, 5 Pounds (Part 2) - Dietary Edition
Continue from the previous part
⭕️ As I mentioned earlier, I've developed my own dietary method (please refer to the previous part) because it allows for noticeable slimming progress without the feeling of deprivation and the urge to binge eat that often accompanies traditional restrictive dieting.
⭕️ Let's talk about binge eating. I'm sure many of you have experienced this: after setting a restrictive diet, you start craving high-calorie foods within three days. You might only intend to buy a small amount, but you end up buying a huge pile, even though you're already full, you still eat it all. Afterward, you feel physically and mentally unwell.
❗️❗️ How do we gradually break the bad habit of binge eating?
1⃣ Firstly, we need to understand that many girls associate eating sweets with feeling down. The idea that 'if I'm unhappy, I need to eat' becomes ingrained. Therefore, the first step is to eliminate this thought pattern. Just remind yourself that after binge eating, you'll still feel miserable, and even worsen your feelings. You need to consciously create a subconscious fear of this habit.
2⃣ What do you do when you go to the supermarket and want to buy a lot of things? There's a trick: minimize your disposable income, and you'll naturally buy less. Also, find low-calorie alternatives; for example, choose Fiber Plus or Zero Sugar soda. These low-calorie options tend to be more expensive, so you'll naturally buy less.
3⃣ What if you've already started eating? First, drink plenty of water! Drinking a lot of water will give you a feeling of fullness. If you're using my dietary method and you feel the urge to binge, it's because you're now more discerning about high-calorie foods.
I understand all of you who struggle with binge eating habits, because I've been there too (I used to eat an entire pot of dry noodles, a box of cakes, and a box of egg tarts, countless skewers and barbecues – I can't even count them!). Take your time, don't rush it; habits aren't formed overnight, nor are they broken in a day.)
When you train your stomach to be smaller, even if you binge again, the amount will be much less than before. So don't feel burdened, try it out! Come on!
