▲Warrior One Pose
Place your right foot in front of you, with your left foot behind, opening up a distance equal to one leg. Inhale, raise your hands above your head to stretch upwards, tighten your abs, and don't slump your waist. Exhale, bend your right knee, lower your hips, and extend your left leg straight out. Maintain 4-8 slow and deep breaths, then switch to the other side to practice the same time. You can practice 3-5 sets

Place your feet to the sides, opening up a distance equal to one leg. Inhale, stand up straight with your back, tighten your abs, and don't slump your waist. Exhale, bend your hips, extending your torso forward and downward, placing your head on the mat, bending your elbows and placing your hands between your feet, maintaining 4-8 slow and deep breaths. Stand on the mat, step forward with your left foot, placing your left foot on a yoga brick, inhale, stand up straight with your back, tighten your abs, exhale, bend your hips, extending your torso forward and downward, with your abdomen touching your thighs, and your hands extended to the sides of your left foot, maintain 4-8 slow and deep breaths.
