A Bodybuilder Tells You What 'Rigorous Training' Means
No matter how perfect your training plan and nutrition plan are, if you can't stick with them consistently over the long term, you will never have a successful day. The four characters 'rigorous training' are filled with many meanings.

This doesn't mean that simply training hard will lead to success. Whether it's diet, training, or reasonable arrangements, you must do everything without omission. If you do these things, you will inevitably sacrifice a lot of time and fun, such as today is training day, you must stay at home on time, eat a bodybuilding diet, and prepare for today's lessons. You can’t go out to play, you can’t eat foods that don’t help build muscle. In order to have more physical and mental strength to cope with high-intensity training, you must refuse the fun of going out with friends and also can’t spend too much time watching TV programs. Don't underestimate these small details, which can lead to you not being able to devote yourself wholeheartedly to bodybuilding. If you can't do these things, you won't be able to become a true professional athlete.
“Rigorous training” can be considered a psychological theory, and many fitness athletes have various opinions on this principle. However, I want to point out that if you truly love bodybuilding and are willing to contribute to this profession, then adhering to these practices and details is necessary. As a bodybuilder, regardless of the psychological factors you may have, whether you want to make money through bodybuilding, prove yourself, or contribute to your country, you must constantly instill ideas in yourself. Sometimes, biased thoughts are one of the factors that force you to progress.

I also want to tell you, bodybuilders, the bigger your goal, the faster your progress will be. For example, your bodybuilding career is to achieve your goals in twenty years, what exactly are your goals? Are they ordinary coaches, national-level, or even international-level coaches? Or are they small regional bodybuilding athletes, provincial, national, or Asian, or world-level? If your goal isn’t high, you’ll easily give yourself excuses and opportunities because your goal isn’t challenging enough, and it's almost certain that you’ll achieve it. If your goal is to be a national bodybuilding champion or an international bodybuilding coach, you will realize the preciousness of time. Time flies, and you can never get it back. You must achieve your goals within this time because the difficulty is very high, you must put in a lot of effort to achieve your goals, and you will get more rewards.
And... if your goal is to become a world-level bodybuilder, or the Mr. Olympia champion, the number one in the world, which many people dare not even think about. However, if this is truly your goal, you know that no one in history has been able to achieve this. You know that the effort you have to put in will be beyond your own estimation. 20 years later, you must become a world champion. This is a huge pressure and pressure. People can only live once, and your goal in this life is to be a world champion. You have no time left, and there are no more things unrelated to bodybuilding. You cannot let anything that could help you succeed be ignored, and you cannot try anything that might affect bodybuilding. This is already the pressure that humans can’t bear. You start to change with this pressure, and you almost become a crazy bodybuilder. You train, live, and eat bodybuilding every day, and it all becomes extremely crazy. But I always believe that this extreme pressure will make everyone produce extreme motivation. People often ‘stand out’ and succeed when they try to break through limits and attempt impossible things. However, if you live in a fantasy without practice, then even if your goal is high and far away, it won’t benefit you in the slightest. But if you believe in yourself and are willing to work hard towards a goal that is higher than others, success cannot be determined by anyone. In fact, when people are, they should believe in themselves, believe in their own uniqueness, and believe that they are outstanding. Giving yourself enough confidence and pressure is one of the most important factors in achieving success.
