Here’s the Ketogenic Fat-Loss Meal Plan for You – Lamb Skewers, Roasted Pig's Feet, and Chocolate Help You Lose Weight
This menu is mainly designed for babies who only eat out for lunch. It combines the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. If you want to be healthy and lose weight while enjoying delicious food, save it and follow it, and you'll be fine! Be sure to read the instructions at the end!





Please note that:
1. This menu's virtual slimming user has an approximate weight of 60kg and a basal metabolism of 1300 calories. So if your weight base is less than this, we recommend reducing the meat intake in the lunch menu by one-third.
2. The default fat in the bulletproof coffee is 40g.
3. You can repeat certain menu items according to your preferences, but don't mix and match breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea because Tang Tang has already calculated the proportions for the babies, and mixing them may lead to suboptimal energy supply.
4. Since outdoor food is not very healthy in terms of fat, please eat less oil when eating out for lunch (you can safely eat the fat that comes with the meat).

6. This menu is designed according to the 16/8 intermittent fasting time. Babies can also eat their afternoon tea immediately after lunch to extend the fasting time each day, which will be more effective.
7. Don't add any snacks outside of the menu!
