Staying at Home Exercise Leads to Weight Gain for Nearly 20% of College Students
Recently, a survey conducted by China Youth Daily involving 915 college students showed that 46.18% of college students gained weight while staying at home, 34.82% remained unchanged, and 19.00% lost weight.

Experts advise against habits such as going to bed late and eating fewer meals, as these can lead to weight gain. Instead, college students should reduce their intake of staple foods and animal fats, and engage in aerobic exercise at home to achieve scientific weight loss.
