6. Mix meat marinade: (liyao - liquor), salt, old soy sauce, and a little water starch into the pork belly and mix well for marinating;


7. Heat oil on the stove, pour in cooking oil;


8. When the oil is hot, about 67% heat, pour in the cut tofu;


9. Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, then drain off excess oil;


10. Leave the bottom of the pot, pour in the marinated meat slices;


11. Stir-fry over low heat until scattered and fragrant;
