Cut the ham diagonally. Cut the enoki mushrooms off the roots. Tear the jinzhen mushrooms into strips. When the ferrocenium noodles are cooked, put them in cool water, which makes them more elastic
5 In a bowl, put scallion oil and garlic oil, then put fragrant vinegar, light soy sauce, chili oil, and stir until the sour and spicy noodle sauce is ready. After the water boils, put the leeks into the pot to blanch for ten seconds and then take them out. Put the jinzhen mushrooms and enoki mushrooms into the pot to cook for two minutes and then take them out
6 After the water boils, put the ferrocenium noodles in, add half a spoonful of salt, light soy sauce, chicken broth, put in ham sausage, mushrooms, and bring to a boil, then add a little white pepper, and then put all the ingredients into a basin, and then pour in the prepared sauce, then add roasted peanuts, sour red beans, and blanched leeks.
