2 Maintain medium heat, use a spatula to constantly flip the corn chips in the pot, so that every corn chip receives uniform heat, the corn chips will have a process of changing from soft to crispy. If you listen carefully, the sound of flipping will also change slightly before and after.

3 Taste the corn chips, when they become crispy, turn off the heat immediately, and quickly put in white sugar. It must be put in while hot, I use a 15ml spoon, put in one and a half spoonfuls. This is slightly sweet. Sugar should be placed in front of the pot, turn off the heat and immediately put it in, quickly mix it evenly.

4 Take out the corn chips and let them cool completely. You can see that a thin layer of sugar frost hangs on the surface of the corn chips.

5 Put the corn chips in a sealed jar to store. Whether it's eaten directly or mixed with yogurt or milk, it's all great.
