Your favorite vegetables (various meatballs, sausage, tofu, onions, chives, shiitake mushrooms), chili flakes, small peppers, garlic slices, ginger slices, scallions

Sauce ingredients:
BBQ seasoning packet (use half. If you don't have one, mix cumin powder and chili powder), add salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, aged soy sauce, sesame oil, flower pepper oil, black pepper, all mixed well, pour in vegetable oil (pour in a lot of vegetable oil, otherwise it won't be enough when brushing the vegetables). The secret to a delicious taste is: put all your seasonings at home and try them while making the sauce. Instructions:
