Method:

2. Use your hands to brush a little vegetable oil, take out a dough block from the dough mixer and put it on a board brushed with oil, then roll it into a rectangular block, then beat it with fists, wait until the sheet becomes larger, then fold it into 2-3 layers to beat again, according to the law repeatedly three times, then stack the beaten dough block neatly and put it into a stainless steel pan, cover it with a damp towel and let it stand for about half an hour before using.


3.
