How to Make Bai Cai Xiang Gu Vegetarian Steamed Buns?

Ingredients: 300g flour
- 20g yeast powder
- 185g cabbage
- 70g mushrooms
- Pinch of scallion and ginger
- 3g salt
- 2g chicken powder
- 3ml sesame oil

- Instructions:
1. Wash the cabbage and cut it into shreds, then chop it finely.
