Fragrant and Delicious Braised Abalone with Potatoes - Refreshing!
Today I'm sharing this refreshing and tender braised abalone with potatoes.
Ingredients needed:
Abalone meat
Potatoes
Oyster sauce
Chicken powder
Soy sauce
Rice wine
Old monk (dark soy sauce)
Steps:
1Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and rinse off the surface starch

2Use a toothbrush to clean the abalone, brushing off any dirt with a little salt

3Use a spoon to pry open the abalone meat and clean it thoroughly

4Cut the abalone meat into a cross-shaped cut

5Heat up a pot with oil, and deep-fry the potatoes until golden brown, then remove them and set aside

6Fry the abalone for about 15 seconds
7Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add 5g of oyster sauce, 3g of salt, 5g of sugar, 1g of chicken powder, 2g of soy sauce, and a little old monk. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens

8Stir-fry again after thickening, ensuring the sauce evenly coats the abalone and potatoes. Serve!
