Old Beijing Fried Sauce Noodles: A Home-Style Recipe with Rich Sauce and Smooth Noodles
Noodles have many ways of making, and my favorite is Beijing-style fried sauce noodles. Today, Juanzi will share the recipe for old Beijing-style fried sauce noodles.

Ingredients: Noodles, bean sauce, cucumber, pork, scallions, chili flakes.
Instructions: Take three spoonfuls of bean sauce, add old soy sauce, one spoonful of sugar, and half a spoonful of five-spice powder, and stir until well combined.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips, and the chili flakes and scallions into small segments.
Cut the pork into small diced pieces, and separate the fatty pork from the lean pork.

Add oil to the pot, first add fatty pork to sauté, then add lean pork diced and stir-fry.

After the diced meat is partially cooked, add scallions and chili flakes, then add the mixed bean sauce, stir-fry until even.

Add half a bowl of water. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat and serve.
