How to Make Delicious Tofu Marbles: The Secret is Surprisingly Simple
1 Raw materials:
Tofu 1000g (4 pieces), Starch 50g, Five-spice powder 1g, Salt 5g, Chicken powder 2g, Soy sauce 10g, Ginger 30g, Green onion 20g.
2 Steps are as follows:
(1) Mash ginger and green onion to extract their juice.
(2) Crumble the tofu (also use the edges) with chopsticks, add starch, ginger juice, soy sauce, salt, chicken powder and five-spice powder and mix evenly.
