1. 150g rice, 100g fresh pig liver, 20g scallions, 3g of wine, 3g of vegetable oil, 3g of salt etc.;
2. Wash the pig liver and cut it into small pieces, then boil it in cold water for 2 minutes;

3. Add wine, bring the water to a boil and blanch for 2 minutes, then drain the water;

4. Wash the rice clean (if you have time, soak it in water for 30 minutes), add boiling water, the ratio of water to rice is 7:1;
5. Bring to a boil, add a few drops of vegetable oil, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add the pig liver and continue to simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, add salt and stir until dissolved.
