Today I'm sharing a recipe for yam and tofu, made into meatballs! The recipe is very simple.

Step 1: First, wash the yams clean, peel them. If you're prone to itchy hands, prepare disposable gloves in advance. If you don't have gloves, you can wrap them in a plastic bag – just don't let the yam juice touch your hands.

Step 4: Crumble the tofu and add the yam puree, along with some pre-chopped pork filling. Add two spoonfuls of starch, one egg, a little soy sauce, salt, MSG, black pepper, and a little sugar. Mix well.





Step 5: Shape the mixture into meatballs. Heat up the oil in a pan, then fry the meatballs until golden brown, and then drain them off.









These meatballs taste even better than plain pork meatballs – the kids love them. The picture is not authentic Jiao Tu Yam from the Henan Jiao Zhou Wen Wen area.
