Step 1: Wash and peel the pumpkin, removing the seeds, and cut it into thin slices. The pumpkin should be about 230g. Place the slices in a dish and steam until cooked

Step 2: Once the pumpkin cubes are cooked, pour them into a large bowl. Add 5g of white sugar and mash it into pumpkin puree. Allow it to cool to warm, then add 4g of yeast powder and stir until the yeast powder is fully dissolved

Step 3: Gradually add 350g of flour, stirring until a large dough mass is formed. Knead into a large dough ball. After kneading, place it on a board and don't let it rise. Use a rolling pin to roll it out into a long rectangular pastry sheet. Use a knife to cut it into small sticks about 6cm long and about the thickness of a chopstick. Cover with cling film and let it rise for double the size

Step 4: After rising, arrange it in a steaming pot. Turn on high heat, once the water boils, steam for 10 minutes and then cover and steam for another 5 minutes. When the time is up, open the lid – Wow! The aroma of pumpkin fills the house. Allow to cool slightly before eating. Dip in tomato sauce for a fresh and fragrant flavor. Adults and children love it

Isn't the method simple? You can make it in minutes, it's delicious and saves time. If you like it, you should try it too!
