Lazy Breakfast Rice Noodles: 8-Minute Prep, Nutritious & Easy Recipe
These days the weather has dropped quite a bit, it's cold, and it's cold every morning, I hide in bed unwillingly to get up, if it weren't for the rumbling stomach at a certain time, I wouldn't want to leave the warm bed.
Okay, even if it's cold in the morning, you still need to eat breakfast, and now the children also have to get up early to study. As parents, we can't give children bad habits, so today I'm going to share a lazy breakfast recipe with everyone. Why is it called lazy breakfast? It's very simple for me to make this breakfast, the ingredients are also common household ingredients, and it takes very little time to make this breakfast, and it's both nutritious and delicious, so, if you like it, you can try it.

Ingredients:4 pieces of rice noodles (you can choose the amount, I made two people's portion here), 1 egg, a small piece of pork belly, salt, starch, pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, peanut oil, scallions etc.
Detailed steps are as follows:
First step: Prepare a few pieces of rice noodles, prepare as much as you want to eat, we call this rice noodle 'rice strands', one person can eat two pieces, some adults can also eat three to four pieces, use the rice noodles and pour a little cold water, let them soften a little, then take them out and drain, don't soak them for too long, if you want to make them faster, you can put them in hot water for one or two minutes.
Second step: Prepare a small piece of pork belly, use lean pork, of course, if you like fat pork, you can add a little, clean the pork belly, slice it thinly, and prepare a small piece of ginger, sliced into juliennes, and mix it with the meat slices, add appropriate amount of salt, a little starch, pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, peanut oil, and mix well.

Third step: After the rice noodles are soft, they are very easy to spread, we put the rice noodles out and add to a large bowl, first add a little pepper, a little oyster sauce, soy sauce, peanut oil, and use the old hands to stir evenly, some people say using hands to stir rice noodles is not convenient, but I tell you that stirring rice noodles with chopsticks is not convenient, don't try it. After stirring the rice noodles evenly, beat in an egg and continue to stir evenly with your hands.

Fourth step: After the rice noodles are evenly stirred, prepare a large enough plate, put the rice noodles on the plate, spread them evenly, and then put the prepared meat slices on the rice noodles, spread them evenly too, don't overlap too thickly.
Fifth step: After the rice noodles and meat slices are finished, prepare a large enough pot, boil the water in the pot, put in a steaming rack, and then put the rice noodles and meat slices in it and place them on the rack, then cover the pot with a lid and turn the fire to high to steam for 8 minutes, since the meat slices are cut very thin and easy to cook, so don't steam them for too long, or the rice noodles will lose their texture.

Sixth step: When the time is up, you can take it out of the pot, turn off the fire and open the pot cover, and sprinkle the prepared scallions on top, this fragrant and delicious, simple and nutritious Cantonese steamed rice noodles are finished, if you like it, try it, the texture of this rice noodle is particularly good, the meat is tender and juicy, better than breakfast shop made!
Little Tips
This Cantonese steamed rice noodles is a relatively popular breakfast in Guangdong, some people will add beef or beef brisket to steam, and some people will add pork trotters, of course, if you add beef brisket or pork trotters, you need to stew them first, and then steam them with rice noodles for a few minutes, which makes the breakfast very delicious and nutritious.
