Lazy Person Bread Recipe: No Kneading Required, Save Time and Effort, Delicious with a Chewy Texture
Hello everyone, I'm Green River Flavor. Everyone knows that bread is delicious, but old-timers know that buying bread from a bakery is expensive, and there's also the concern that the shopkeeper might add unhealthy ingredients. Let's make it ourselves at home, which is time-consuming and laborious, the steps are complicated, the membrane formation is difficult, and the result is often disappointing. Today, Green River Flavor will share a simple and easy recipe for lazy people – no membrane formation bread! Interested friends, come and try it!
First, prepare 300 grams of high-gluten flour, 50 grams of sugar, 5 grams of yeast, 4 grams of salt, 1 egg, 150 ml of milk, 30 grams of butter, 15 ml of corn oil, 1 egg yolk, and an appropriate amount of cheese crumbs.
Step 1: Pour the high-gluten flour into a large bowl, add the yeast, sugar (if you like sweet food, you can increase the amount of sugar accordingly), and crack in the egg, stir until uniform, then gradually pour in warm milk while stirring with a chopstick, until a large, fluffy cotton ball is formed. Add the butter cut into small pieces, knead the dough with your hands until the butter is fully incorporated, and knead into a smooth and soft dough. Drizzle with corn oil to ensure the entire dough is coated, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the refrigerator for one night.
Step 2: Brush a layer of edible oil on the board, take out the dough that has proofed overnight, pour it onto the board, and the dough that has proofed overnight does not need to be kneaded or stretched. Just knead it to release air and shape it into a long strip. Use a knife to cut it into three equal-sized dough pieces, cover with plastic wrap again and proof for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Take out a proofed dough piece, knead it into a long strip, pat it with your hands, place a layer of cheese crumbs on it, and pinch the two sides together. Repeat this method for all the pieces.
Step 4: Place a sheet of absorbent paper on the baking tray, place the finished breads on the tray, place the tray in the oven and proof until double in size. When the breads are proofed, take them out, brush with egg yolk, and then cut them into small pieces, and arrange them on the tray with a sprinkle of cheese crumbs.
Step 5: Preheat the oven, place the baking tray in the middle layer of the oven, with upper and lower heating at 160 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. After baking, take it out immediately. The aroma of the bread fills the entire room, and your mouth waters.
The bread made in this way is golden in color, fluffy and soft, and when you break it open, there is a cheese pull. The taste is also excellent. If you like it, try this method, it's time-saving and easy, and it's also delicious!
