The Most Stocked Vegetables and Meat in the House Aren't Green Vegetables or Meat, But It – Can Be Stir-Fried, Stewed, and Children Love to Eat
No matter where people go, they always need to find some entertainment, think of some ways. Yes, food is what I find, think about it!

The most abundant vegetables and meat in the house are not green vegetables nor meat, but it, can be stir-fried, can be stewed, children also love to eat
Currently, there hasn't been any notification to go out, so I've been staying at home all the time, constantly flipping through friends' circles to see if there are any new movements. I realized that most people are potential foodies. Seeing their circle posts, such as bone-in braised pork, stir-fried potatoes, and those with better conditions are having hot pot, which is truly enviable.
People who post about potato dishes probably have a lot of vegetables and meat in their homes, but I actually have the most abundant vegetables and meat in my house, not green vegetables nor meat, but it, can be stir-fried, can be stewed, children also love to eat. What is this dish? It's tofu. The storage period of tofu is actually quite long, but many people don't save it properly, so they can only eat it for two or three days, even if it's put in the refrigerator, it won't exceed a week.
There are two ways to extend the shelf life of tofu:
First, soak in cold water, this limits it to the temperature, generally the temperature is relatively low, it can extend 3-4 days, the temperature is relatively high, about 2-3 days, this doesn't require a refrigerator.
Second: put it in boiling water to blanch, when the water boils, remember to add a little edible salt, cook it thoroughly, take it out, drain the water, and put it away. This is dry storage, which can be stored for about a week, and can still ensure the freshness of the tofu, but the taste is not as good as fresh tofu.

Learning how to make tofu delicious, I've been making tofu like this for more than 20 years, and it's gone when it's on the table, it's really delicious. Fresh, tender tofu, after a simple stir-fry, the aroma will be released, and it will be particularly smooth and down-to-earth to eat.

Stir-fried Farmhouse Tofu
Ingredients:2 blocks of tofu, 2 cloves of garlic
Main accessories:Vegetable oil, salt, light soy sauce, soy sauce, five-spice powder, 2 grams of chicken powder
Production process:
1, Put fresh tofu in cold water to soak, take it out and drain the water when eating, if you want to extend the shelf life, you can also add a little salt to blanch it.
2, Pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat to 50% hot, put the cut tofu in, start with a small fire, fry until both sides are golden brown.

3, Take the fried tofu out and put it in a basin to drain the excess water. You must master the fire when frying tofu, don't use too much fire, otherwise it's easy to burn.

4, Leave the bottom oil in the pot, cut the garlic into minced garlic and sauté it, then immediately put the fried tofu in to stir-fry. The purpose of stir-frying tofu is to let it absorb the flavor.

5, Add a little salt, light soy sauce to adjust the color, then add five-spice powder, stir until even, add 2 grams of chicken powder to freshen the flavor, sprinkle with scallions, and the dish is complete.

Foodie tip:
1, Farmhouse tofu is made by ourselves at home, the age is just right, too tender tofu is not suitable for stir-frying, too hard tofu is not good to eat.
2, Before stir-frying tofu, in order to prevent it from breaking, it is generally processed simply, to make tofu through simple frying to release the aroma.
