Garlic Shrimp and Vermicelli with Lotus Fish
Finally having a weekend rest, I made garlic shrimp and vermicelli for my children, the recipe is simple, delicious and not fatty.
Ingredients: 250g shrimp, vermicelli noodles, chives, garlic, 1 small chili pepper
Cooking:
1. Cut the shrimp into pieces, add a little pepper powder, 1 spoon of cooking wine, half spoon of light soy sauce, a little salt and 1 small spoon of cornstarch for marinating for 10 minutes
2. Make garlic sauce, chop garlic into minced pieces, add 3 spoons of fermented soybean paste, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce and 1 spoon of vegetable oil, stir well
3. Spread vermicelli and chives in a dish, pour half of the garlic sauce on it, then spread the shrimp on top, pour the remaining garlic sauce on it. Place in the steamer at 180°C for 20 minutes
4. After steaming, sprinkle with chopped scallions and chili pepper, heat up a wok with oil, drizzle over the shrimp and you have a delicious garlic shrimp and vermicelli
