The method of making pizza is very simple, the only hardware needed is an oven, and some specialized ingredients need to be prepared in advance, such as mozzarella cheese. Because of it, the pizza will be fragrant and can pull out long strings, which is indispensable

Making dough is a necessary step. I prefer a thick crust, which has a crispy and tender texture. The dough should be made soft, and it is best to use high-gluten flour. If you don't have it, you can use ordinary flour, but you must not use low-gluten flour. The dough must be kneaded for a long time, until the gluten stretches and can be pulled into a thin film. Now I will share the specific method with you

Required ingredients:

High-gluten flour 300g, high-temperature yeast 3g, white sugar 2 spoonfuls, salt 1g, mozzarella cheese, onion slices, cherry tomatoes, sweet corn grains, carrots, peas, bacon, sausage, tomato sauce as needed
Pizza pan: 8 inches
Method:
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, the temperature of the warm water should be around 30 degrees Celsius, don't make it too hot, otherwise it will burn the yeast and prevent the dough from fermenting. Add flour, white sugar, and salt and mix evenly, then pour in the yeast water and knead into a smooth dough. This process needs to be kneaded for a while, which will make the crust of the pizza have a better texture. Put it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size
2. After the dough is fermented, take it out and knead it to release the air, then divide it into two pieces. If your pizza pan is big enough, you don't need to divide it
3. Brush the surface of the pizza pan with melted butter or corn oil, which can prevent sticking and make the crust surface crispy. Roll the dough into a crust slightly larger than the pizza pan and lay it in the pizza pan. Use a fork to poke small holes. Poking small holes can prevent the crust from expanding during baking and also help the crust absorb flavor

4. Apply a layer of tomato sauce or pizza sauce to the crust

5. First sprinkle a layer of cheese crumbs, and the mozzarella cheese needs to be thawed before use. Then, layer bacon, sausage slices, vegetables, and finally sprinkle a thick layer of cheese crumbs on top

6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Some ovens have a pizza baking function, so just select it directly. Of course, the temperature of different ovens may vary, so adjust it according to the actual situation
