instructions:
1. Soak the glutinous rice for two hours, then steam for 30 minutes in a steamer pot.
2. Soak the shiitake mushrooms with warm water, carrots peeled and diced into small pieces, and shiitake mushrooms also diced.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add dried shrimp and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry.
4. Then add carrots and green beans and stir-fry.
5. Then pour the steamed glutinous rice into the pan and stir-fry evenly, and add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
6. Buy ready-made dumpling wrappers, put the stir-fried rice into the dumpling wrappers, pinch slightly with thumb and forefinger, do not seal the edge.
7. Steam the wrapped shaomai in the pot for 20 minutes to be ready.
