Ingredients: 5 large chicken legs, 30g Orleans marinade, 1 can of beer, 5 chili peppers

Accessories: 20g ginger, 1 bunch of scallions, 20ml, 20ml oyster sauce, 2g salt

Procedure:

1: Prepare the main ingredients.

2: Wash and squeeze out the moisture of the chicken legs, then cut several knives.

3: Put it in a deep basin, add Orleans marinade,, oyster sauce, and salt.

4: Add ginger slices, scallion segments, and chopped chili peppers.

5: Wear disposable gloves, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
