Staying home, after referring to online introductions, I figured out a simple and suitable snack for office workers – easy to operate and convenient. Although it was my first time making it, it turned out really well.
Office workers can make a batch and freeze them in the refrigerator. In the morning, they can air fry them, and the taste and texture are the same as fresh ones.
Family members tried it and said: 'It's very professional.'
Ingredients: Common flour (300g), Anqi 3g, salt 3g, 1 egg, milk 160ml
Instructions:
I. Making the dough
Mix flour, Anqi, and salt, then pour in warm milk and stir into a (xu zhang -), then use your hands to knead into a smooth dough. Cover with a lid and let it rise until it doubles in size.
Flatten the risen dough on a cutting board, don't knead it, just shape it into a 1cm thick sheet, then cut into strips. Stack two strips together, press down with chopsticks in the middle, then tidy up the two ends with your fingers. The dough (biao - dough) is ready.

II. Proofing
Arrange the finished dough on the cutting board, cover with plastic wrap, and let it proof for 15 minutes.
III. Frying
Once the oil is hot, you can fry the oil sticks. Turn them with chopsticks while frying until they are golden brown.
Crispy and fragrant oil sticks are ready.

Office workers can also make a batch and freeze them in the refrigerator. In the morning, they can air fry them, and the taste and texture are the same as fresh ones. Add a glass of yogurt and an apple, and it's a nutritious and delicious breakfast.
