Millet , Pork , Salad oil , Salt , Ginger , Soy sauce , Starch , Egg Yolk , Pepper
Cooking steps:
1. Main ingredients: Yellow millet, pork. Auxiliary ingredients: Salad oil, salt, soy sauce, ginger, egg yolk, starch, chicken broth, pepper, carrots, scallions

2. Wash the yellow millet and soak it for 2 hours or more

3. Cut the pork into pieces, slice the ginger
4. Put everything into a food processor and make meat puree, chop the scallions

5. Pour out the meat puree, add egg yolk to mix in one direction to make it stronger, mix until it's fully mixed

6. Add chicken broth, pepper, scallion, and salt to the meat puree and mix evenly

7. Use a spoon to scoop meat puree, put on disposable gloves, and shape into meatballs

8. Place carrot slices on the steamer

9. Scoop out the millet and drain the water

10. Wrap the meatballs in the millet evenly
11. Take out and place in the steamer, let it stand for a while, so that it doesn't fall off the millet when steaming
