Does this dish count as a famous Jinan delicacy ‘Su Po’?
I don't know if this counts as a famous Jinan dish called 'Su Po', but the taste is okay, and it's also convenient to eat, so I wanted to share this dish with everyone.
I'm bringing a piece of pork belly (any amount is fine, but none is impossible), a large block of tofu, and vegetables – I used diced winter gourd this time.

After cleaning the pork belly, cut it into knife-cut shapes, heat oil in a wok, add star anise, large pepper, scallions, ginger, and chili to sauté, then add the sliced pork belly to sauté, and add soy sauce to color, add sugar and salt to continue sautéing until it changes color, and then put it in a clay pot.
Cut the tofu into small pieces and fry it until golden brown in hot oil,

Then put the fried tofu into the clay pot together with the pork belly and slowly simmer for 15 minutes, then add diced winter gourd, (you can also add potato cubes, lotus root pieces, white cabbage, or seaweed here) – after another 10 minutes, you can take it out of the pot. It's steaming hot and fragrant! It's great with white rice or a hot bun. If you can't finish eating it in one sitting, you can continue to add vegetables, tofu, noodles, etc., and keep simmering it to eat the next day – it's very convenient,

This dish is quite similar to the famous Jinan dish 'Su Po', but it's definitely easier to make at home, and the taste is also good. Feel free to try making it at home, friends!
