Today I'm sharing my homemade soft soil steamed buns.

The ingredients I used were: soft soil, mushrooms, carrots.

The auxiliary ingredients are: salt, chicken broth, flower pepper, five spice powder, oyster

oil, very fresh oil..

First, make the dough. Pour a certain amount of flour into a basin, add a little yeast powder, use

warm water to make the dough. Pour the dough into a

shape. Then knead it with your hands to form a dough with a soft and just right texture. Put the dough

in a warm place to proof for half an hour.

Prepare the filling: First, soak the soft soil in warm water. Cut the clean mushrooms into pieces.

wash and cut into diced. The soaked vermicelli noodles are put into a pot to cook for a while. Take them out and pass them through

cold, control the moisture and cut into pieces. Dice the mature beef into small pieces. Chop the green onion and set aside.

Seasoning: Squeeze the moisture of the soft soil and vermicelli noodles, and put the beef diced into a basin. Add half of the green onion minced pieces, a little salt.

flower pepper, chicken broth, five spice powder. In a pot, pour oil to heat up, then pour the ingredients and stir.

add oyster oil, very fresh oil. Stir well.

On a dry cutting board, sprinkle flour. Take out the proofed dough, knead it into a long strip, cut it in half and evenly knead into dough pieces.

Cut the dough pieces with a knife and cut into uniform dough pieces.

Sift flour on the cut dough pieces and press them flat with the palm of your hand, then use a rolling pin to roll into circular raw pastry skins.

Put the prepared filling on the pastry skin, with one hand pressing the filling and the other hand to pinch and push while pinching into a bun.

Wrap all the buns. Put them neatly on a steamer lined with wet gauze cloth.

Boil water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Put them into the steamer to steam for 20—25 minutes. Turn off the fire, don’t rush to open the lid, wait 1 minute before opening

the pot. This way steaming buns and steamed buns will not shrink and collapse.
