Ingredients:Tomatoes 1, Golden Needle Mushrooms 150g, Beef Slices 150g, Ginger, Garlic, a little bit of Green Onion

Instructions:

Chicken Breast Stir-fry


Ingredients:Chicken Breast 300g, Green and Red Peppers each 1, Shiitake Mushrooms 2, Ginger, Garlic (a little bit);

Seasonings:Salt, Chicken Essence (MSG), Corn Starch, Soy Sauce.

Instructions:

1: Cut the ingredients into pieces, add the chicken breast to salt,,corn starch to marinate;

2: Heat up the oil, add the chicken and ginger, garlic to stir-fry until the chicken becomes white, then add green and red peppers and shiitake mushrooms with seasonings to stir-fry for one minute and plate. Delicious!

Cooking tips:

1, Don't overcook the chicken breast, otherwise the meat will be tough

2, When stir-frying, use a hot pot and cold oil, use a small fire to stir-fry until it turns color, this prevents sticking and the meat is tender.


Oyster Sauce Green Vegetable


Ingredients:Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms 100g, Green Vegetable 300g;

Seasonings:'Salt, Oyster Sauce, Sugar, Corn Starch' to taste.

Instructions:

1: Cut the Shiitake Mushrooms, chop off the stem and wash them, the green vegetable cut into pieces, bring water to a boil, add a little oil, pour in the green vegetable to cook until it's slightly cooked, then take it out and plate it;

2: Heat up the remaining oil, add the Shiitake Mushrooms to sear for a moment, then add a little water, salt, oyster sauce, sugar, corn starch and simmer for two minutes, then use corn starch to thicken and add a little vegetable oil, finally pour into the green vegetable. Delicious!

Cooking tips:

1, Stir-fry the green vegetable with a large fire;

2, Adding oil to the green vegetable will make it more fragrant;


Shrimp and Egg


Ingredients:Shrimp 100g, Eggs 4;

Seasonings:White Vinegar 1g, Salt, Pepper to taste.

Instructions:

1, Bring water to a boil, add the shrimp to cook until the shrimp turns pink and pulls out; cut the shrimp into two parts; beat 4 eggs with the shrimp and add seasonings into a bowl;
