Specific steps:

1 Put all the ingredients into a basin, the eggs I used were ordinary eggs bought in the supermarket, slightly larger than diesel eggs, and the weight of the eggshells was about 55g each. If you use smaller eggs, add a little more milk accordingly. Low-gluten flour is the same flour used to make cakes. If you don't have it, you can use 60g of ordinary flour at home, and use 25g of cornstarch instead

2 Mix all the ingredients in the basin evenly, the egg liquid should be slightly thin, without grains. If there is time, you can let it rest for a while, if you are in a hurry, you can use it directly
3 Use a flat pan, heat the pan, don't need to brush oil, pour in a large spoonful of batter, hold the pan body and rotate it to spread evenly on the bottom, form a round pancake. Remember to use small fire throughout, don't be impatient, so as not to burn the pancake

4 Wait for the batter to solidify, and the edges of the pan start to curl up slowly, you can flip the pancake

5 Gently shake the pancake, it should be able to slide in the pan, at this time the pancake is cooked. Fold the pancake in half

6 Fold it in half again, put it on the plate. This amount made seven pancakes, my flat pan is 26 inches
