Braised Lamb

One, Braised Lamb


Ingredients

Lamb racks 500g, potatoes 300g, carrots 100g, onions 30g, ginger and garlic 20g, oil as needed, salt 1.5 teaspoons, sugar 2 teaspoons, light soy sauce 1 teaspoon, dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon, tomato paste 1.5 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon.

Process

1, Cut the lamb racks into pieces, rinse with water, soak for 2 hours, cut potatoes and carrots into diamond-shaped pieces, slice onions, chop green onions, slice ginger.

2, Heat the pot, add oil, put the lamb down and stir-fry until slightly golden.

3, Add ginger, garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, along the pot edge sprinkle with to remove fishy smell.

4, Add the appropriate amount of water and adjust salt, sugar, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.

5, Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

6, Add the prepared vegetables and cook for 15 minutes.

7, Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve with rice.
