Sliced Potatoes and Carrots in the Afternoon: Is it Good Knife Skills, Carefulness, or Boredom?
It's noon again, and I haven't cooked a meal in days, always eating ready-made food. I decided to cook today.
First, I cooked the rice, then I got a bunch of green bean threads, washed them, and sliced them slowly at first, then quickly when slicing. I wondered, is this good knife skills or just being careful.

Then I found a radish and sliced it. It was my careful cut, or good knife skills. I was just bored and having nothing to do so I sliced slowly.
