Cut the dried chili peppers into segments, wash the green onions and cut into segments, ginger and garlic cut into the size of fingernail slices.

Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes, roll a layer of potato starch on the surface of each piece of tofu.

Ingredients: pork belly 200g, chives 100g, red chili 1, ginger 1 small piece, garlic 2 cloves, wine 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, oyster sauce 1 tablespoon, salt as needed, peanut oil 1 tablespoon, black pepper 1 teaspoon, potato starch 1/2 tablespoon.

Prepare the main ingredients, chives wash and drain.

Cut the pork belly into thick slices, put into wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and potato starch, mix evenly and taste the salt, marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a wide pan, when the oil is hot, put the tofu into the pan, when the tofu surface is golden, take it out and filter the oil.

Leave oil in the pan, put ginger and garlic granules into the pan and stir-fry, add bell peppers and chives and stir-fry, add oyster sauce and stir-fry until the tofu absorbs the taste, add chives, adjust the appropriate amount of salt, quickly stir-fry for about 10 seconds to remove the fire.
