Shrimp, Egg, and Green Vegetables Dishes
Black Pepper Mushrooms and Green Beans
Ingredients: 3 slices of Sichuan fermented beans, 1 box of mushrooms, 1 small segment of carrot, 3 cloves of garlic, a small amount of chives, 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper (cracked) to taste.
Instructions: 1. Cut the fermented beans into dicing and blanch them before draining.
2. Sauté garlic until fragrant, stir-fry the fermented beans until the surface is slightly browned.
3. Add mushrooms and stir-fry until softened (no need to add water, cook over low heat), add salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Before plating, briefly stir-fry chives and carrot slices.
Spinach with Heart
Ingredients: Green Onion (or chopped onion), garlic, spinach, salt, cooking oil.
Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan and add green onion (or chopped onion).
2. Add spinach and stir-fry briefly.
3. Add salt and continue to stir-fry.
4. When the spinach is wilted, sprinkle with chopped garlic and serve.
Shrimp and Egg
Ingredients: Shrimp, eggs, salt, wine, cooking oil.
Instructions: 1. After thawing, rinse the shrimp and marinate with salt and wine.
2. Beat eggs with salt into egg mixture.
3. Sauté shrimp briefly over low heat, then pour in egg mixture, continuously stir-frying while adding a little cooking oil, cook until the egg is dry.
