Spicy Flower Clams

Add the shiitake mushroom pieces and green onion and stir evenly;
2. Use chopsticks to poke a hole in the tofu pouch, fill it with the shiitake mushroom and meat filling;
3. Heat oil in a pot, place the side with the filling facing down into the pot, and stir-fry over medium heat until golden brown;

Beef Wrapped in Goldthread Mushrooms
Materials: Goldthread Mushrooms 250g, Beef Slices 250g, Oyster Sauce 1 large spoonful, White Sugar 1 small spoonful, Water 1 small cup.
Instructions
1Wash the goldthread mushrooms, cut off the mushroom foot part, and drain the water.
2Loosen the beef slices slightly by letting them sit at room temperature.
3Take a beef slice, wrap a small piece of goldthread mushroom in it.
4Use the beef slice to wrap all the goldthread mushrooms.
5Heat a flat-bottomed pan over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to medium. Place the beef and goldthread mushrooms wrapped in the flat-bottomed pan.
6Fry until the beef changes color, then flip it over and fry until the whole beef is cooked through and browned.
7Place a large spoonful of oyster sauce in a bowl, add 1 small spoonful of white sugar, add water, and stir until well combined.
8Heat the pan, pour the oyster sauce mixture into the pan, boil over high heat.
9Then pour it directly onto the beef wrapped in goldthread mushrooms.
