Garlic Seafood Spaghetti: A Restaurant-Quality Recipe You Can Make at Home

Main Ingredients:

Spaghetti 1 bundle

Squid half-tails

Prawns 8 pieces

Clams 10 pieces

Mussels 6 pieces

Ingredients:

Cilantro 2 stalks

Garlic a little

Dried chili peppers 2 pieces

Black pepper a little

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Cooking steps:

1Process the squid

Remove the skin, cut the squid, and remove the internal organs and cartilage, then rinse with clean water.

2Cook the pasta

First, boil water, add two and a half spoonfuls of salt, then drizzle with olive oil, and put a bundle of spaghetti into the boiling pot, cook for eight to ten minutes.(Adding salt can prevent the spaghetti from being watery, making the spaghetti more flavorful. Adding olive oil prevents the spaghetti from sticking together.)

3Dry-fry the seafood

During the cooking of the pasta, dry-fry (without oil) the squid, prawns, and mussels in a skillet. After roasting out the aroma, take it out for use.

4Make soup

Scoop a spoonful of pasta water and put it into the skillet with the seafood residue, slightly boil in the pot and then take it out.

7Stir-fry the noodles

Put the cooked spaghetti into the skillet and stir-fry thoroughly.

8Add seafood and ingredients

Pour in the previously dry-fried seafood into the pot, stir-fry repeatedly, and then add cilantro and garlic puree.
