Fragrant rice, seafood rice, and clay pot rice can all be made in a rice cooker. More importantly, you can use any ingredients you like. I made fragrant rice. First, I sautéed the chicken. If I'm even more lazy, I can skip this step. I marinated the ingredients and put them directly into the rice cooker. One rice cooking program is enough. It's so convenient!



Fragrant Rice with Chicken and Mushrooms

Ingredients: One chicken leg, a can of Golden Rice Fresh Rice 300g, 8 dried shiitake mushrooms, one carrot, one potato, salt,,,, scallions and ginger, to taste

Instructions: 1First, prepare all the ingredients. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms beforehand, and thaw frozen chicken legs in advance. 2Wash and drain Golden Rice Fresh Rice. 3Wash and deboned the chicken leg, cut it into small pieces, marinate with 1 tablespoon, scallion and ginger, and mix with your hands. 4Wash and dice the potatoes and carrots. Slice the shiitake mushrooms in half. Chop scallions. 5Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté scallions to release their aroma. Then, stir-fry the marinated chicken pieces (without scallions and ginger). 6Add , , and stir-fry until evenly combined. Then, add the potatoes, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked. 7Add the washed Golden Rice Fresh Rice. Add enough water to bring it level with the ingredients. 8Pour all the ingredients into the rice cooker and use the rice cooking function to cook. 9After the rice is cooked, don't open the lid immediately. Continue to steam it for 10 minutes before opening the lid. 10The fragrant and delicious rice is very tempting. The Golden Rice Fresh Rice aroma is truly irresistible.

Tips: Chicken can be replaced with chicken wings or chicken breasts. Marinate them before using. Wash Golden Rice Fresh Rice and soak it for a while before cooking for better taste.
