Ingredients:

Cake: 120g glutinous rice, 40g yellow rice, 40g pumpkin puree, 1 spoonful of sugar for glutinous rice and yellow rice, 10g glutinous rice flour + 70g water mixed into glutinous rice water

Sour water: 15g flour, 30g yogurt, 600ml water, 20g sugar, dried cranberries, frozen lychee meat

Operation steps:

7. Add a suitable amount of water to boil, add yellow rice, pumpkin puree, and 1 spoonful of white sugar

Pour in 10g glutinous rice flour + 70g cold water to form glutinous rice water, stir until the yellow rice is fully cooked, water is dry and viscous

Turn off the fire, cover and steam for a while

8. Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap in a preservation box, add a layer of glutinous rice, press flat and uniformly, press tightly
