Method:

Fifth step,Prepare a large bowl, don't choose a glass container, because pouring hot oil on a glass container is easy to crack, it is best to choose a heat-resistant large bowl, first put one-third of the chili powder into the bowl, then scoop in one spoonful of oil, stir for about 30 seconds, then put the white sesame seeds and one-third of the chili powder in and stir evenly, at this time a lot of bubbles will appear, it's okay, stir evenly, wait until the bubbles disappear, the temperature drops to room temperature.Pour the remaining vegetable oil in and stir evenly. Let it stand overnight, and our chili oil is ready.
Cooking Tips
