Dry-fried potato sticks


Ingredients: 3 potatoes, 2 slices of ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 handful of dried chili peppers, 2 green onions, vegetable oil as needed, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of Sichuan peppercorns, 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 2 tablespoons of cumin powder

2. Put the frying pan on the fire, add oil and heat to 50% hot, put Sichuan peppercorns in to sizzle, remove Sichuan peppercorns.

3. Add the carrots, green bean sprouts, chives, and salt, quickly stir-fry for a few times, then serve.
