Dry-fried potato sticks

Ingredients: beef, cauliflower, salt, soy sauce, wine.

Ingredients: green bean sprouts, chives, carrots, salad oil, salt, Sichuan peppercorns
Instructions: 1. Trim the ends of the green bean sprouts, wash them clean; chop the chives into short segments; peel and slice the carrots.
2. Put the frying pan on the fire, add oil and heat to 50% hot, put Sichuan peppercorns in to sizzle, remove Sichuan peppercorns.
3. Add the carrots, green bean sprouts, chives, and salt, quickly stir-fry for a few times, then serve.
