Xiao Tu made a pot of braised chicken feet, at 10:30 PM, a whole pot of tender chicken feet, one bite full of collagen, and me and Lao Qu consumed it instantly. Don't throw away the remaining braising liquid, you can add water to continue braising, I plan to braise pig trotters in the afternoon, hehe.

Ingredients:
Chicken feet, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, dried chili peppers, fennel, star anise, cloves, cinnamon stick, scallion, ginger, garlic

1. Wash the chicken feet, cut off the nails, blanch in water, and reserve;

2. Sauté scallion, ginger, and garlic in a pot to release fragrance, remove and reserve, add 2 tablespoons of white sugar and stir-fry until melted, add light soy sauce, rice wine, and stir-fry evenly;




3. Pour the previously sautéed scallion, ginger, and garlic back into the pot and continue to stir-fry, add an adequate amount of water, add all the spices, bring to a boil, and then add the chicken feet;


4. Add dark soy sauce and salt, cover the pot, simmer over low heat for 2-3 hours until cooked through.




Xiao Tu's Notes
1. If you have rock sugar, you can replace white sugar, the effect will be better;
2. This braising liquid can be used to braise all kinds of meat, pig trotters, chicken liver, quail eggs, etc. are all fine;
3. Adjust the spiciness and saltiness according to the amount of meat.
