Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients: Cut off the old part of the winter bamboo shoots, peel off the outer shell, wash and slice it in half, then cut it into thin slices; wash the cured pork belly; chop dried chili peppers; slice ginger and garlic into slices, and cut large garlic leaves into segments, and cut green onions into chopped pieces, and put them aside for later use.

2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add winter bamboo shoots and a pinch of salt, cook for 2 minutes, then remove and cool immediately with cold water, then drain and set aside.
