4. If you have a compress mask, put the crushed tea paste on it, and then apply it to your face; if you don't have a compress mask, you can apply the tea directly to your face.
5. After 15-20 minutes, remove the mask (remove the tea paste), rinse your face with water, and then apply other skincare products.
Because tea contains phenolic substances, it can protect the skin. Tea lovers can try it when staying at home to see if they are interested.

Home version tea mask instructions as follows:
1. Prepare 5 grams of Pu-erh tea, here we use South Ming Jia Ren 'Peach Blossom' 250ml pure milk, sugar or honey to taste, you can also replace sugar with honey. Large cups several, if conditions permit, prepare a gongdao cup and a tea-measuring cup. If you don't have it, you can use a regular cup for brewing.
2. Use 90℃ water to brew the Pu-erh tea, take 2-3 sips of the tea juice for later use.
3. Pour a suitable amount of Pu-erh tea tea juice into a glass cup and pour it into one-third of the cup.
4. According to personal taste, add sugar or honey (if you like very sweet or honey, add more sugar or honey, if you don't like it very sweet, add a little sugar or honey.), stir well with a spoon.
5. Add pure milk twice, stir evenly with a spoon.
