Glutinous Rice and Date Cake (Heart to Soft)
Required Materials: Dates (medium size) about 40, Glutinous Rice Flour 100g, White Sugar 30g, Hot Water 75ml
Production Process: 1. Soak the dates in water for 1-2 hours beforehand

2. Add glutinous rice flour to white sugar, then add hot water while stirring to form a (a), then knead into a smooth dough and cover with plastic wrap for later use

3. Wash the soaked dates and then cut them in half with a knife, without cutting through, then use scissors to hold the pit, then cut out the pit, as shown in the figure

4. Take a date and knead a glutinous rice ball of the same size, and stuff it into the date

5. Arrange the finished glutinous rice and date cakes in a dish, with the openings facing up, put them into a pot of boiling water, steam for 15-20 minutes
