Home-Cooked Gourmet: Water Wave Egg Noodles + Shumai
Water Wave Egg Noodles + Shumai

The simpler the thing, the more complex it is. What appears to be a simple water wave egg noodle dish requires several steps to make, and ultimately, this method is the most simple and also suitable for occasional late-night snacks. I highly recommend cooking this way!
Ingredients:
1 block of wheat noodles
1 bunch of spinach
Half a red bell pepper
Half a yellow bell pepper
1 egg
5 pieces of shumai
1 tablespoon of fragrant oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Salt to taste
700ml of water

Instructions:

1Place shumai and red/yellow bell peppers in steaming basket

2Pour cold water into the pot, put the arranged shumai and bell peppers into the steaming basket, then place it in the pot, wait for the water to boil and cook for about 10 minutes, and take the steaming basket with shumai out of the pot
3Add noodles (without lid) for about 5 minutes until noodles are cooked, then add fragrant oil and sesame oil
4Finally, add spinach and stir until uniform for 3-5 minutes, and you're done
