Instructions:

1Put water, flour, salt, sugar, and yeast into a bread maker and knead into a dough. You can also hand-knead it. First, stir into a and then knead it.


2After kneading the dough, pour in oil and continue kneading for 20 minutes until you have a relatively smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to proof.

3While the dough is proofing, prepare the red meat sauce. Cut half a tomato and one onion into small diced pieces. Grind pork into meat using a meat grinder.

4Heat a pan, add a little oil, and sauté the tomato, onion over low heat until softened. Add tomato sauce and a little water to prevent sticking. Finally, add the pork.

5Cook over low heat, relying on the moisture to dry out.

6When the dough is proofed to twice its size and you can press with your finger and it won't rebound.

7Shape the dough into a pizza crust with a thin center and a thick edge.

8Place it on a baking sheet and poke it with a fork a few times, and spread a thin layer of oil on it.

9Spread the red meat sauce evenly over the dough and add your favorite ingredients, shiitake mushrooms, sweet peppers, corn kernels, shrimp, and finally sprinkle with cheese crumbs. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
