Red Adzuki Beans Yam Bone Broth
Ingredients
1½ (1) Yam 1 (about 1 kg) Red Radish 1 large / 3 small Corn 1 large Lentils 1½ (about 75g) Adzuki Beans 1 (about 75g) Apricot Kernel 1½ (about 75g) Dates 4 pieces Peel 1 block Water 20 bowls Salt 2 teaspoons

Preparation steps
Cut the pig's tail into pieces;
Peel and cut the Yam into thick pieces;
Wash and dice the Red Radish, 1 large / 3 small;
Wash and cut the Corn into segments;
Wash and soak the Adzuki Beans, Lentils, and Apricot Kernel;
Prepare the Dates and Peel, rinse them;
Cook & Brew
Add all materials (except salt) and 20 bowls of water to a large pot;
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 2½ hours;
When serving, bring to a boil, add salt to taste and ready;
